Installing the ix7 app, step by step

If the install does not go smoothly
Five issues account for almost every failed install. Each has a straightforward fix.
"App not installed" error
Usually one of three causes. First, an older version is still present — uninstall it and try again. Second, storage is full; clear a few hundred megabytes and retry. Android blocks the install

The download will not start or keeps failing

The app opens but games will not load
Almost always a connection problem rather than an app problem.
